Opened August 2020. I recently stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Maui Wailea, a modern 4-star hotel located in Wailea. The hotel is a new building with nice common areas and everything is very clean. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, an all-year-round outdoor pool, and a fitness center. The rooms are air-conditioned and come with free WiFi, private bathrooms, and some offer sea views with balconies. The hotel also offers a continental breakfast and has a 24-hour front desk for guest assistance. The staff is friendly and the hotel has a relaxed, calm vibe.
